Return Policy

All sales are final.  However, you can make exchanges within 7 days of receiving the delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at chaley@missprissys.com. Or, a more convenient option is to login to your customer account and initiate the exchange process.  Please note that exchanges will need to be sent to the following address:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom orders or gift cards.

Note:  Since custom orders are specific in nature and often require speciality sourced materials, we can not accept exchanges on these items. If you have any questions or concerns about your purchase, please don't hesitate to contact us.
